Your statutory rights apply, meaning you can return items without reason or that are faulty, not as described, or of unsatisfactory quality.
Unfortunately, goods made to your specifications or personalized, cannot be returned under 14 days returns guarantee unless defective. Still we want you to have a positive experience with us. To avoid any returns, please double-check the spelling and grammar of your personalized engraving before submitting your order.
How to return and receive refund?

We will confirm your inquiry with an email and help with the next steps related to goods return.
- Prepare to send back the product to us:
- returned items must be in original condition with original tags and attachments wrapped in the same original sales package (delivery box is up to you);
- use the address you will find in contact details to return goods;
- send back the products within 14-day deadline (delivery time for goods returning) not later after you notified us of your decision to withdraw (valid if you have done it within 14-day deadline from the day of goods received).
Please note:
- all costs incurred in returning the product, regardless of the reason, are borne by you;
- delivery fee for the order is not refunded or reimbursed. Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund;
- in certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer;
- we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
